All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers.
UsaStick does not store any credit card or banking information on its servers.
Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. If payment is not received or verified, the order may be automatically cancelled.
Order Confirmation
After you complete your payment, you will receive an order confirmation email with your purchase details.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number and delivery updates.
If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us via our Contact page.
Refund Policy
We value every customer and strive to ensure satisfaction with each order.
However, due to the nature of heated tobacco products, all sales are final and non-refundable once shipped.
Refunds or replacements may be considered only in the following cases:
The wrong product was delivered
The order was damaged during shipping
The package was lost in transit and confirmed undelivered by the carrier
If any of these situations apply, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos, or evidence of the issue.
We’ll review your case and provide a solution as quickly as possible.
Important Notes
Refunds are not available for opened or used items.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed via the same payment method used for the order.
Processing time for approved refunds: 3–7 business days.
UsaStick reserves the right to deny refunds that do not meet the above criteria.
